I was right it did rain yesterday afternoon, evening and night here in west Wales.

There's plenty of blue, plenty of sunshine and plenty of cold in Hertfordshire this morning.
The first step out of the door and onto the bike is going to be quite a transition this morning - but it'll be worth it!

Hertfordshire is shrouded in the slightest of mists this morning and the still air is currently at 2°C.
I may wait until the air temperature climbs to it's maximum before pottering off on the Brompton.
After all, 3°C is a distinct improvement on 2°C.

It was -3 at 9.30am here in west Wales yesterday and didn't get above freezing all day. Another sharp frost this morning with little likelihood of rain.

We'll be taking our cagoules off at this rate!
