Hertfordshire is grey.
Very grey.
Unbelievably grey.
In fact it would be difficult for it to be greyer.
So I'm wearing a grey jumper under the fluorescent yellow top layer for the bike ride.

Herts is covered in beautiful winter sunshine with blue from horizon to horizon.
We have a gentle breeze and it's chilly at 4°C but I'm certainly looking forward to getting out and about.

Thanks for the warning, Sean. I'm finding that wet, decomposing leaves are also something to watch for at the moment when out on the Brompton.
I hope that you recover from your tumble really quickly.
