A chilly minus 1 degree in Fife [but minus 2 in Edinburgh, 'cos they have to be better than us ...] with some early sun. High of 4 degrees this afternoon. Wind chill will make it feel pure Baltic

After some overnight snow that remains on higher ground, we've sleety rain and 2 degrees throughout the rest of the day. A spin of the coin might decide how I get on at the ENO's The Rheingold tonight.

Minus 3 degrees in the early sun. The split of the snow area appears to be beyond the bay in Burntisland, so fingers crossed! Might see temperatures just above freezing, but the windchill will negate the positive numbers

We're in the grounds of a chateau in chenonceaux 12 degs and sun out had rain during the night think we're staying in Loire area for a tfew days as weather is ok

The Camping Municipal on Ile d'or at Amboise is quite nice, Gordon, although I'm not sure if it's open yet. Direct views across to the Chateau [there's nobody in the chateau looking across at the campsite and saying, 'That'd be a nice play to stay ...'!], and a 6-7 minute walk into the mediaeval town. Reception staff are brilliant too!

Yeah was there before we're heading up to the aire adjacent to municipal site it don't open to25 /3 will go accross the water and saunter the town not sure if leonardo will be in
