We slipped off early Bill. I hope Jeff explained that I was not feeling at all well. I couldn’t risk passing anything on to Susie.
We will come and see you in the future. Stay safe!

Hope you guys are still enjoying yourselves oop Norf in Blackpool.
Since leaving you, I have been very poorly, and glad I decided to head for ma bed
Feeling slightly better today, the violent coughing seems to have passed, but my nose is constantly running, which is a bit distressing, and I feel drained all the time. Fingers crossed, things improve drastically in time for our trip to France next Monday.
Just like to wish you all a safe journey home tomorrow, and looking forward to seeing many of you at Hollingworth for New Year. Stay safe!

As an aside, it’s a good job we came home when we did, our new compressor fridge has just been delivered.

home in 3.5 hours filled up with gas en route surprised i’d used so little, what a great clubhouse/kitchen at blackpool cricket club cheap ale & great food if they sort the tarmac(as promised) up top would be a perfect venue so thanks again jeff for all your hard work especially negotiating those membership cards 12% of all drinks i saved a fortune lol

Now in Tamworth, having filled with gas and shopped.
Thanks to Jeff & Lorraine for the last two meets, and of course Gordon, Ken & Trotter for stewarding also, thoroughly enjoyed both meets, really impressed by Midlife and also Blackpool Cricket Club,
superb facilities both food and bar, well done Jeff for our membership. Great to see old friends and make some new.

Glad you've all had a great time at Blackpool....I think Eileen must've picked up that bug off someone at Whittingham, she's still coughing and spluttering.
Had some good nights at Blackpool CC, used to play squash for one of the Preston teams, always looked forward to playing BCC, they knew how to entertain in the bar afterwards.

Allen & Eileen
