What are the roads like up there? Just cleared 4” of snow off the van and it’s now below zero, we have food and water and the heating works. Never camped in really cold weather before off grid so it will be interesting for us.

The prospect of me getting a doc's driving ban fills me with euuurrrghness. The best I could hope for would be to get a small panel van camper that my carer would drive. And then she wouldn't go across the channel. And then we would be stuck with going on coach holidays to Blackpool with Warners . . . .. .

I'd better get some practice in, going to Blackpool and wearing a Kiss Me Kwik hat and fighting the seagulls off my fish and chips in the rain on the sea front . eurrgh.

I will have to nip down to see you , with you been in my town. Haven't been able to do any meets this year unfortunately, hardly used the motorhome since getting back from Spain in April, even though I retired. Ferry booked for our 90 day trip to Spain on 5th January, can't wait for the feeling of freedom again in the motorhome. Sorry about the weather.
