Factory settings

This reminded me of a short time in the 90's when I spent a month at JP Morgans in London doing installation work....JP Morgan used to provide all free food for staff - and even had waiters with white gloves on to serve the directors luncheons (80's excess carried on to the recessionist 90's or what!).
Me and the guy I was working with used to collect a nice selection for lunch, put that away in a bag, then go to another office for another lunch to eat, and then another office (they had loads dotted around) to get another lunch to pack away for later. Occasionally picked up a 4th lunch!
All lovely food and I think in that month I didn't spend a penny at home for food and put on maybe a stone :D

I remember the Exercise Books from Infants School; I used to open the cover then take a rest ...

Odd how the brain works or in my case doesn't but my mind went straight to maths classes at skool, red excercise book, with the weird pattern on it and the times tables printed on it.

I can remember the tune but not the words.

And furlongs and chains, and how a furlong multiplied by a chain resulted in an acre; and how the football exercise might catch you between the legs to give you two achers ... :D

I had alsorts of bits in the Laika just in case something dire happened. When I needed a part in Spain the local MH parts place had it in stock. I have also used AMAZON.ES for bits but did manage to order 20 bottles of Mossi Repelant instead of 2. The Carthago has the bare minimum. Couple of screwdrivers, spare fuses and multitool.

You can certainly build up a lot of crap in a van. I removed 500kgs earlier this year and running without it. Not missed anything yet lol
