Hi Lee,
I am sorry to say that I need to cancel my visit to the Hereford meet as it clashes with some work commitments.

Its possible that I can still come for a couple of nights but, to be on the safe side, I had better cancel. If a short visit becomes a workable option I will let you know and try to rebook if places are available.
