Sorry Phil. We are going to have to cancel as I broke my elbow yesterday. We are very disappointed to be missing out but at least have 2 more booked.

Sorry, I hope you're not in too much pain.
Hopefully you make a quick and full recovery.
I hope to see you out and about when you've recovered.

Hi Lee

Not sure if I've told you, but I'm arriving on 29th, leaving on the Monday, so 4 nights.

Thanks

Important message from Philip Tomlinson

We are doing our best to give members an opportunity to spend the bank holiday weekend away in their motorhomes. This is NOT a rally, meet or gathering. No community activity is allowed. The Government has announced that not before the 12th April "Self-contained accommodation such as campsites and holiday lets, where indoor facilities are not shared with other households, can also reopen." It also states that from 29th March "outdoor gatherings (including in private gardens) of either 6 people (the Rule of 6) or 2 households will also be allowed, making it easier for friends and families to meet outside."

Government COVID rules must be followed at all times. Breaking or trying to bend the rules will not be tolerated. If you do not feel that you can adhere to the rules then please cancel your booking and attend a different camp once the rules are relaxed. I am not going to risk our ability to host future camps because members don't want to follow the rules. To be clear, if you break the rules you may be asked to leave the site, be banned from Motorhomer and if necessary be reported to the Police.
Sorry have to cancel due to ill health, have fun see you on next one, shonky.

Sorry have to cancel due to ill health, have fun all.. See you on next one,

Thanks for letting me know I hope you get better soon.

Hi Lee, after being let down by a local auto body repair shop I've done the work myself, so we are aiming to be there Saturday instead of today.

Hi Lee, sorry won’t be able to make this meet after all. We’ve got problems with our water and heating system. Frost damage to a feed pipe to the wash basin, so as soon as I switch on a tap water sprays everywhere. Can’t get a new tap locally so awaiting one from online. Hope you are both well. Hopefully catch up soon. Dai boy and Mary.

How about temporarily block off/clamp that pipe? Everything else would still work. Otherwise, see you next time...

Or is there a stop-cock/isolator on it? (We have one on every pipe for just this occurrence!)

It looks like it could be the body of the tap itself, hence I’ve ordered a new tap complete.

Gutted I could not be there with you all but I had waited 2 years for my shoulder opp which I had two weeks ago have tried driving my car and my shoulder don't like it .Hope you all have great time and hopefully we will meet up sometime
I'm not surprised! Had total replacement on mine in 2018 on the right shoulder, instead of waiting the 12 weeks as recommended by the consultant I was driving after 6 weeks. It was my car not the MH, really glad it was automatic! Found out later that technically I wasn't allowed to drive therefore my insurance was inoperative! Took 6 months of physio to get the shoulder nearly right but having problems in lifting the arm from a resting position when sat in chair etc - having a steriod injection for that later this month. Hope your recovery goes well.

Hi Lee is there room for Sunday night little change of plans..thanks Mike and Sylvia.
