Think there's a risk of losing body heat, bearing in mind that some of us are on our 3rd or 4th lap of the '21 again' circuit, from the initial sweat and the subsequent cooling if/when the pace of activity slows. Not that there's too much danger with me limbering up in front of the supermarket freezer whilst Elaine extracts a bag of frozen peas ...How about Jogging on the Spot as that will keep u warm & cost free ??? ,,,
