In contrast to the current forecast it's another beautiful day, with wall to wall blue skies and a light westerly breeze. The temperature has reduced to a more useful 19 degrees.

Popped out 2 hours ago for the weekly walking /shopping round.
As I left the apartment ,there was a rumble of thunder.
By the time I reached the centre I was soaked..
Deluge lasted about 2 hours. . Clearing now, just drizzle.
Bonus for June. Sly excuse for a big brandy coffee for me.

It is very similar to March's weather here, persisting down, 12°c 72% humidity, windy and raining, very over cast and misty, and raining.

I'm so glad it's summer or it might be raining.

but more overnight rain and a grey drizzly morning on the coast. The wind has dropped but not expecting to top 13° today.
