Weather Report..................

We got nearly an inch of rain overnight. Most of which rattled onto the roof as we turned in for the night.
If I'd known that was likely to happen, I'd have stayed in bed, yesterday morning. Cisterns looking very happy.
14 degrees, cloudy, wind was due to shift to the north, bringing sunshine and lower temperatures.
It did... It's now turned southerly.
The clouds are racing back. .....

Just showery this morning but mild for the time of year. ☔☔☔
Forecasters say that Friday may bring a record February temperature for Scotland with possibly 18 degrees somewhere!
Ohh goody !
South Shields js almost Scotland, isn't it ?
I'll leave my thermals at home, shall I ?

It's a lovely day here in Hertfordshire with lots of sun lingering from my ray dispersion activities earlier today.
It's about 9degC, which is a tad cooler than I've enjoyed of late.
But it's good to be back on the Beautiful Isle!

Thanks for the heads up, Trixie.. What's the pub called ?
We'll need somewhere nice, warm friendly, with good food and Ale.
Casting clouts?
It was a grey 14 degrees, when we arrived at the coffee shop... The brandy was waiting for me, as I walked in.
As we were sipping and gossiping, the wind changed back to a southerly.
It's warm and sunny.
I'm gardening.
M' lady told me not to get these clothes dirty, while she has her siesta..
So I took them off.

Mind those nettles and brambles now,
Early drizzle given way to greyness - not cold though and the forecast is good for the next few days ??
