After the perfect days weather, this evenings practice was limited to newcomers following relatively slowly behind experienced riders. This was because of a short sharp shower which soaked the West of the island. Never mind, two more weeks of motorcycle events to come.

Well we've been out to a friend's party and had a lovely meal in the garden in the dry and sunshine, it doesn't seem possible after yesterday but that's the magic of living in Britain.
There's never two says the same.

Showery day on the IOM. They’re planning an extra practice day but I’d be surprised if the weather permits it. ️?️

I rarely have a cooked breakfast but today I thoroughly enjoyed a heap of mushrooms on toast.
Delicious.
Then I got ready for a bike ride - whereupon greyness raced into view and rain has now started.
Why?
I don't mind cycling in rain if I'm already out and about but tend not to start a ride that way.
So I'll crack on with packing the Moho for Camp Motorhomer in Hereford and hopefully get to work up a sweat on the Brompton later this afternoon.

Aw I will miss you at Hereford but mid September I was going to go to the Outer Hebrides but decided we need a fishing meet up ??

Turned out to be a really lovely day in the IOM, pleasantly warm and lots of sunshine. No racing due to a shortage of marshals, but plenty of other things to entertain.

Things are improving in Albrighton. It's nearly April type weather ..
I'm number 11 in the phone queue to book a blood test, so won't be going outdoors for a while.

Central Scotland had sun out till 5 mins ago light drizzle just as I’ve polished the truck wheels n chrome was just about to polish cab so kettle on for coffee
