Weather Report..................

Whilst it's overcast, it's a lovely warm 19°, and the various birds are enjoying their time at the feeders.

The sunflower hearts and fat balls are going fast. Originally it was only the jackdaws that took the fat balls, but now they've all developed a taste and are bringing their young to feed.
 
On the upper Terrace, after a simple meal of local bangers, minted , peas and roasties.
A marmalade, tomato, sweet and sour sauce..
A suspicion of red wine ..
Melon , vintage port and Brie to finish..
It's tough being retired..
But we hope to soldier on.

Lovely 30 degrees in the afternoon shade. Gentle breezes from every direction.
. Busy morning at the monthly Gipsy Market. Not crowded, just locals. No gaggles of white legged tourists about. No vast queues at the Chicken Piri Piri bars. That was ideal for us.

Bought a months' slupply of the prime cured ham, Presunto.

There's a stockpile of it, because of no tourism.
The locals suspect that this may be the last one for a while, owing to the rising Covid levels.

We've been moved from lowest lockdown level, 1, up to 3, again.
Following outbreaks in Albufeira...
They just wouldn't behave themselves, down there.. Leaving their brains on the floor of the airport Wetherspoon's..!

Nightingales have departed.
Orioles are leaving.
The Azure Winged Bandits are on duty.
Crickets starting to arrive.
Very quiet on the aircraft front.

Will the water tractor arrive before our cisterns empty..?
