Contrary to the forecasts, it's been hot and close. They are now warning of Sahara Dust clouds blowing in.
Neighbours are starting to get itchy about the lack of rain. Could be worse.Pakistan or Ukraine.
Can't complain. We've got the white wine lake to tackle.

It's been overcast and cooler all day, with occasional spots if rain, but it didn't stop either of us getting things organised and ready

The weather was rubbish until a few miles before the Tyne Tunnel, when it turned out reet nice. Parked up free at a pub, before visiting relatives a few miles north tomorrow, and the forecast is for a lovely day.

Vintage Port, sheep cheese and oaty biscuits on the terrace.
Radio Swiss Jazz on the Bluetooth..
