Weather Report..................

Lovely run down in full sunshine (but sun a bit low for driving into it) from Banchory to Preston today in the car. Only problem was full standstill on M6 just north of M55 turn off for Blackpool in the 2 lane roadwork stretch due to a car on fire! Managed to read a few papers and catch up on various internet stuff as we sat stock still for an hour or so!
 
The traffic chaos caused by yesterday evenings flooding had calmed down.

The forecast is for a mild day with the occasional light shower, and nothing to worry about. 👍
 
Breakfast in sunglasses.
Plus trakkies and jumpers.
Then the drizzle started.
Tuesday's damp laundry will soon be festooned around the house.
That's because we believed the forecasts..
It's going to be like living in a Chinese laundry.
 
After yesterday's superb evening performance at the ENO, today dawned with a bright blue sky. It's forecast to be a beautiful dry day with a very pleasant high of 11 degrees. ☀️ 🙂
 
Management's sister arrived. Bringing 10 hours of persistent drizzle.. 600 litres into our cisterns.
It's sunny now.
So we're all happy.
Amble down to the village for coffee and gossip.
That'll do !

It was forecast to be a mild, cloudy, dry day, and that's exactly what we have. ⛅

It was a perfect day to turn the compost heaps without breaking into a sweat, and so I did. 👍
 
After heavy overnight rain it quickly turned into a lovely bright sunny day with a 10 degree high. 🙂

After a dry night and an early red sky, it'll go pear shaped as we are forecast rain all day. The temp will drop to +/- 8 degrees. 🌨️ 🌨️ ☹️
