We had 50mm of blustery rainfall, overnight.
Should be enough for 14 days, if it gets to the reservoirs.
Light, squally showers, forecast for during the day .
We should get another wet night .... Hopefully.

Just been for a walk along the River Dee this afternoon. Really lovely but bitterly cold and the river is full of gru (ice). Hope it warms up a bit before the start of the fishing season in a couple of weeks.

And another sunny start, a bit warmer at -2° but slightly more breeze so -6° with wind chill. No thaw so still a bit lethal underfoot with packed ice.

Prolonged heavy rain overnight.
Just what we need.
11degrees in blustery NW winds
Will have to dodge the squally showers, to do some shopping.
Must get indoors before noon, when the next Hoolie is supposed to arrive.
