The snow may be a real inconvenience at times but it gives us the opportunity for some lovely walks around the house. First day above zero today after a week of freezing weather, but still sunny so beautiful until the snow starts getting messy!

The overnight rain quickly died away, but the gusting winds remain. A mild 11 degrees, and perfect for our walk. Tonight we'll have more of the same.

12° this morning, now raining and the wind is picking up, not at gale force yet.

Currently 10c, the wind is horrendous, tree down on the main road causing some issues, fortunately road is quiet, hopefully cleared by peak commute time today?

it is seriously scary winds, though!!
