14 degrees already and rising fast. Nothing but sunshine for the rest of the day. Perfect!

Right.
This is getting serious.
In Hertfordshire it's yet another wonderful start to the day with a brilliant blue above and a couple of wash loads in the garden gently wafting in the breeze.
So here's a photo of some hawthorn blossom for the two trouble-makers:



I've included an insect for added interest.

Hey, that's not fair ..!
We have stopped watering the garden, to save water. Most of the plants will die back and return with the first big rains in Autumn.
Here are a Hibiscus and Diamantina that welcome us on the terrace for breakfast.

It's yet another of those wonderful Hertfordshire starts to the day with a blue-out and warmer air than yesterday.
Apparently the wind turns later in the week from easterly to northerly.
So I'm preparing myself.

Sitting outside on the upper terrace, 90% moon overhead 25 balmy degrees. Chopin piano concerto gently gracing the velvet evening. .
I take her hand, give here a smoldering look and ask...
" 50 years and 1 month ago,... Did you ever dream that, after we were married, you would one evening, 50 years later, you'd be sitting on an Iberian hillside, in the most romantic circumstances, holding hands with a sleek, bronzed love god..? "...
