Weather Report..................

There's a gentle breeze, it's about13 degC - and grey above Hertfordshire.
Showers are likely later so I guess I'll be out and about earlier.

Colin 🙂🙂🙂

Breakfast in Speedos and sunglasses.

lovely breezes, some cloud..

Ideal for a good session with the garden fork and rake

A cold shower was most necessary.

Enjoy your rain..

No standpipes this week, then?

Thank you Paul, I’m happy to say that the ground conditions have improved considerably with the last few days of rain and a request has been made to the head honcho (world weather) to turn the tap off in Cheshire .............

Perfect timing.
Nipped out front and dug over the bed before the sun came round.. It last rained a week ago.
If I'd left it another day, the ground would have baked hard.
Then it turned cold, as a northerly blew up.
Trakkie bottoms and sleeves on now
The bed is actually on top of our cess pit..
Note how happy and healthy the pomegranate tree looks.

It's much brighter and warmer than forecast here in Hertfordshire. We had a remarkably mild night and already it's about 16°C and climbing.
There's a 20kph breeze from the east which shouldn't interfere too much with a bit of Bromptoning later today.

Colin 🙂🙂🙂

It , sneakily, rained, just after we came indoors at 10pm. About 0.1mm. Most unexpected and unusual.
Cloudy, calm and just 23 degrees as we breakfast on the terrace.
A bonus really.

.

Unusually cool day, light broken cloud, 23 degrees.
Gentle breezes from the South... Temperatures should be nearer 40, under these circumstances.
Damn..!
Might have to break out the white vinyl paint...
