We've had a beautiful, bright morning, with a light south easterly breeze and 15 degree high ...... until later this afternoon when we'll probably catch some showers.

They told us that there was little chance of any rain in the next fortnight.
So we weren't surprised when we got 3 hours off steady rain.
Very welcome, too.
Sunny now, 17 degrees and a gentle ENE breeze.

A nice 28c with a breeze of the sea here in Tenerife it’s been like that all week. Im doing my best to keep hydrated. Think I’d like to live here.

Currently parked up for the night off the motorway and near to Arcachon. Tipping it down and grey as grey as a sky can get, what a difference a few hundred mile makes

Tipped down here overnight, and according to our Meteo watcher near Poitiers, give Arcachon a miss due high seas and storm conditions at the coast. Bayonne next then San Sebastián on the quest of searching for sun and dry weather

I love elegant and family friendly Donastia-San Sebastián with all it's smart restaurants and superb scenery. Because of all the steps I even carried my old electric bike to the top of Monte Urgull once.

Today in East Sussex the weather is rather different, wet with gusting westerlies, and only 12 degrees.

The overnight rain has been replaced by a blanket of dense fog that will very slowly burn away. The light westerly breeze and thick cloud will remain, with a high of 15 degrees.
