Thunderstorm warning for Devon

We had thunderstorms late last night, and everywhere smells so fresh this morning.

This morning the light SE breeze will bring some cloud from the coast, brightening up later, with a pleasant 19 degrees.

Sun gave way to a couple of thundery episodes but not enough rain to do any good, skies have cleared again now. The plan is to head for Italy, Chris and maybe get to Puglia but nothing hard and fast.

The plan is to head for Italy, Chris and maybe get to Puglia but nothing hard and fast.

Once past half way, I like Italy from the Gargano Peninsula down to Puglia. Safe travels.

In spite of the daft forecast for much needed rain, we've another bright day with a light easterly and 21 deg high.

Areas of cloud will gradually clear leaving plenty of sunshine for the rest of the day. A little cooler at 17 deg together with a gentle breeze.
