MOT Test passed; too late to collect the M/Home before closing, so have to collect it today. Looked at UK Gov Website to get the MOT details and to confirm new expiry is Dec 2024, but noticed that the mileage has been entered incorrectly 26038 instead of 20368 miles. Will get a reprint with the correct mileage on when I pick up the M/Home ...

Oh dear. I was told once entered it cannot be corrected!
I had a tester enter a car mileage as 555,000 instead of 55,000 once. My stripey camper had this problem regularly as some years the tester would enter the numbers as shown (wrong!) and others they would convert KMs to Miles (right!). MOT mileage would bounce up and down like a tennis ball!!
In my case with the car, an obvious error, but yours is more critical as much less so and on a vehicle-check report will flag a problem next year when I am guessing the next MOT mileage will be lower than this years? Could impact when coming to sell?

I would take a photo of the odometer before you drive away - maybe with the Certificate in the same frame, and print it off and store it with the MOT Certificate as proof in case they don't correct the documented number.

Looking at this - https://www.gov.uk/getting-an-mot/correcting-mot-certificate-mistakes - it should be easy to fix though?

I was stuck with this mistake, but so obvious it didn't really matter that much I think
