I didn't start out smiling when the car wash was closed but after I broke out the pressure washer and car cleaner out and washed away the salt from the car.
I had a little smile and that warm glow you get from realising that tomorrow we set off for Spain and hopefully the sun.
?????
 
I looked at the thermometer in the van, the outside temperature was 9.9c and it was 9.30pm. then I checked the weather forecast for home and tomorrow during the day it will reach 10c.
Smug filter obviously takes a short while to kick in.
 
Yesterday my grandson was here when we got in from work ,been nipping the wife’s head all day about the hymer ,got in and she says go tell papa what your plan is
He comes over big cuddle then whispers
This is our secret ,we go to shops buy lots of sweeties,go in hymer to beach,dig for treasure but just you and me cause we’re pals for life

Beautiful eh,big smile again as I type this
