Temperature has risen to minus 4 degrees at the side of the Forth. High spot of the day will be freezing point between noon and 4pm, before a drop back below zero, so we'll be heading nowhere, unless it's back under the duvet!

Well 5 days in on knee replacement ..
Walking on crutches but boy it's painful. Very swollen at moment..
No pain no gain so they say.

Liz had two 2010/11 had a lot of trouble with them and still does as they're wearing out, you MUST do the physio if you want any kind of bend, hers were left too long as she just kept going on them and the knees were massive by the time she had them done.
