Evening all well it got out really warm after all today after a slight frost before 7
 
Morning it’s a bit deserted on this thread not even a post from the Hipster.

Hi Annie, yes the hairy fella's a bit quiet lately.
Feels milder this morning, so probably get the last of the summer bedding plants ripped out.
 
Morning all body clock went off ,bl- - dy thing
Wet and breezy here,wife night shift at hospital so we are like passing ships this week.
Gonna go out to van and do a few bits n bobs and clean up

Big garden centre near us has just put on their xmas display, so she wondered around oohing and ahhing at all the fancy xmas decs, and then we had a coffee and cheese scone (better than nowt!). She's still giving out lumps of her birthday cakes to any poor soul that comes to the door :rolleyes:
 
a jolly good morning to everyone.............trying to find fabric which i bought to make new curtains for van, with no luck......dont know where things mysteriously vanish to.............mind, i did buy fabric about 3 years ago......nevertheless its disappeared ........
coffee and cheese scones sounds good chris..........although i prefer scones cut in two with jam and slices of cheese inbetween.............
 
Afternoon all it’s quite mild here and as you say Sue it’s windy garden is covered with leaves this morning did you go round the garden centre oohing and ahhing Chris???

I'm sure you had that material in the van at one time, in a bottom locker. Could it still be there?

ohhhh, sue....you could be right......fancy remembering that.........i shall ahve to give a call and see if its there......although van has been emptied many times ....if its gone from van to house up north........then there is probably lesser chance of finding it.............lol.......could have been packed away in daughters loft,,,,in which case it will be like trying to find a neele in a haystack....lo. hey , thanks for that sue....never thought of that......cheers

The sun's out here, and if it's the same in Mallaig Neil, it must be glorious.
 
Heavy broken cloud here Sue but still glorious, the only downer is we will have to turn South later today or tomorrow as back at work on Tuesday :(
 
Very fresh here but looks like a fine day ahead ,Neil pop around by the back o Moro cracking spot
 
It’s breezy in Millais, just had dogs out and they had to brace themselves to walk :)

We have some blue overhead and was wonderful when sun broke out over part of Skye
 
No it’s much better now than when packed in summer. Roads have been clear and we even got parked up in Gelfinnian visitors centre with loads of spaces empty. Hoping chandlery is open today for a look in, that’s the downside to out of season stuff being shut but well worth it I think.

It seems a sleepy place on a Sunday morning not seen many folks about or cars moving about
