Hertfordshire is blue and still with an air temperature of about 30°C right now.
Higher temperatures are expected later this afternoon.
So I'm packing the Moho for a week or so in East Anglia, where thunderstorms are a possibility in a couple of days time.

We’re in D & G today too, lovely morning but the threat of heavy thunderstorms this afternoon and overnight. ️⛈

Thunderstorms forecast for us in west Wales today. Mind you there were supposed to come in overnight but didn't.

I was just about to start mowing the Church Hall lawns when it started spotting. Too wet to mow now!

At 1.30 today it was darker here than when we had the eclipse in 1999...I kid you not!

We had a couple of thunderstorms in Dumfries and Galloway, but dry again now and very warm. We are very socially isolated, probably noone within a couple of miles. 🌥⛈🌥

Warm and muggy today, surprise hailstorm at lunchtime followed by more sunny intervals, the distant rumble of thunder can now be heard. Daughter reporting thunderstorms on Anglesey.
