on the doors & the rears don’t really need them normal french laws doesn’t really apply to motorhomes but a lot of brits putting them on even underweight

Not wishing to contradict you Ken but it seems that all vehicle need them over 3500kg - foreign and domestic - and this article specifically mentions MHs too...
