Hello I would like to book from Thursday evening to Monday please. (4 nights).
I should note that I will be arriving sometime after 6pm - some of us still have to work .

I notched i am not on the list of attendees even though I responded on page 3, 27th April. I also notice the list is now full. I dont want to take a place away from someone else as it would be unfair. But am a little broken hearted i have been missed off the meet this time

In the attendees' list, I have marked the members who have not confirmed they are coming in red. I have now sent several messages to these members, but they have not responded. If I have not heard from them by the 17th of August, I will move them onto the reserves list. We often have members who put their names down and forget they have done so. When we have a reserves list, I don't think this is fair.
