it is strange that it depends on browser and settings on your window most of the people tend to use windows ,xp,ten, seven. etc as it comes it other word they dont tweak windows and turn off the rubbish that a lot of peeps never use sp windows wont let stuff work with one browser but it will with another as the browser tend to alter windows settings
