Back in CTL . The wound left when I had the growth taken out my leg keeps bleeding, so gonna have to do what they said and 'elevate and rest' it.
Fish'll still be there next time ..... I hope!

Aw, that's a pain, ( no pun intended) especially when it's not easy to get away.

surprising how quickly they get you up and walking again.............hope this will be same for mr.. brown

I'm sure it will be Trixie. They had David up with all his tubes in, it helps with chest infections, especially important for Nigel.

years ago down in southampton hospital ...chappie was walking around tether to a drip which he was pushing...... telling me he had a lung removed only a few days esrlier.......amazing

It is amazing. Just imagine how far they've come with treatment and rehab since then. I just hope that the op is the end of his treatment, and not just the beginning of chemo and radiation, they really knock you sideways.

One of the few things I remember was they got me up after my op, was to check for anything in my bloodstream I think they said. I know I went funny and they all rushed round, a bit of gristle or someth8ng in my blood.

Some say it is the only time in my life I have ever been funny
