Park up views the good, bad, ugly

I remember standing amongst the stones many years ago. I was chatting to my (then) girlfriend about their history and how terrestrial photogrammetry had been used to map the axe head carving on one of them.

We stopped and looked around to find that unbeknown to us a group of people had formed around us and I had become their unpaid guide.

We slunk away with red faces.

Just about the only true classic I’ve not had the pleasure of driving,
I have quite a variety under my belt from early Riley lynx to frog eye sprite to lotus Carlton, all in one day then another day mk1 mini, Vauxhall concept car to Ferrari Dino

Yes, heading straight over from Anglesey. Just in the van though as it’s too far to come back and get a car. We’ll scrounge a lift to the Coventry event, hopefully in something exotic.
