Last night in Port Erin we could see the Mountains of Mourne, tonight the Galloway hills and Mull of Galloway from the North of the island. The Ayres nature reserve is one of my favourite places anywhere.
Whilst there are wallabies on the Isle of Man, about 160 estimated after an escape many years ago from the wildlife park, these are presently dotted all over raising money for a hospice.
Looking reasonable tomorrow, we’ve had very smooth crossings so far with the van. Our ferry for tomorrow just arrived, it’ll do a return before we leave.
