HAPPY ST DAVIDS DAY

Bright and shiney again here again in west Wales but with another heavy frost.

No rain for 3 or 4 days now: Spring has sprung!

It's grey in Herts and about 5°C with the gentlest of breezes coming from the east.
Later we're planning on having some bright spells so I'll postpone 'outside' until their arrival.
In the meantime I'll crack on making some joints for a Peter Lynn C-Quad power kite that needs some tlc. This was (and probably still is) my favourite power kite but has been out of production for about 20 years, much to my dismay.
I can't wait to see it fly and have it test my arms and balance.

Another bewtifull day here in Paradise (west Wales)...clear, fresh, sunny but with another frost overnight.

I am getting worried about this big orange thing in the sky that has been hanging about for 4 days now. I have seen it before but very occasionally...never usually for this length of time though!

High pressure has settled over Hertfordshire.
So why's it 5°C, grey and miserable?
Fortunately there's plenty of interesting things to meddle with until it brightens this afternoon.
Mustn't fumble.
