It's dry and, at 12°C, very mild in Hertfordshire. The wind has dropped to about 20kph so I've swept the drive and paths of the debris the recent winds deposited and treated the odd weed to a drink of glyphosate.
When the clouds thin or the sun peeps through the gaps it feels very pleasant indeed.

Usual start here in west Wales: rain overnight and a wet and grey start so far. It hoyed it down yesterday afternoon and was certainly far from warm. We are still lighting the wood burner FFS and its nearly June!
