It was overcast but dry and the howling wind had diminished to a relative whisper at Stonehenge by this morning.
So I've returned to Hertfordshire where there are two washloads drying in the sunshine.
I'm happy.

It's 11° with blue skies, a light breeze and no rain.

It couldn't be better as we are finally off for a week in our van tomorrow. Feeling good.

It's dry and, at 12°C, very mild in Hertfordshire. The wind has dropped to about 20kph so I've swept the drive and paths of the debris the recent winds deposited and treated the odd weed to a drink of glyphosate.
When the clouds thin or the sun peeps through the gaps it feels very pleasant indeed.

It’s blowy and raining in Scarborough now, but the bike racing today had mostly dry if rather chilly weather. ️

Had a great Saturday with sunshine and Sunday till we got packed up to come home with no1 grandson then it started to rain and virtually ain't stopped

Usual start here in west Wales: rain overnight and a wet and grey start so far. It hoyed it down yesterday afternoon and was certainly far from warm. We are still lighting the wood burner FFS and its nearly June!
