Weather Report..................

In East Sussex we've a dry day, light cloud, a gentle westerly breeze and a high of 11°.
 
Cooler, no wind. 12 to 20 degrees.
It's nearing the end of the hunting season.
Everyone who has a gun and the legs to stagger around the hills and valleys, is out there shooting.
It sounds like 1916 on The Somme.

Morning..
Imagine my surprise to be woken up 0345 by the pitter patter of rain on the skylight..
Nothing In the midnight forecast..
By the time I had shuffled out to collect the cooking electrics......
It had stopped.

Grey, overcast calm. 17 degrees.
Alleged to continue.
We're taking the brolly to the village, this morning.
 
The Weather Numpties have now decided that it Is raining.
0.6 mm over the next couple of hours. Doesn't look like that , outside.
That'll be very welcome.
At least we'll be able to dig and not need to irrigate.
I've put the brolly away though.
