It's as well that we ignored that forecast as it's been lovely all day without a drop of rain. Peacefully quiet, and just perfect.

Instead we strolled along the banks of the River Wye where our youngest son reminded us that he canoed many years ago. We knew that he would.

All we needed, was someone to come and lead us totally astray.
They did.
Beery afternoon, then a fishy dinner at an old favourite restaurant..

Well we managed fathers day bbq that's me lol.
Then the heaven's opened boy did it rain,had to run out and put van on front ramps in it , as roof was just a swimming bath .so love these vans with little or no fall on roofs..

From a clear blue sky early morning we've now a passing cloud or two, with the slim possibility of a light shower. From mid morning onwards it'll be another great day, dry, bright, and a 24 degree high.

Damp start to the day, but from before lunch it has been really lovely.

Some clown flattened the bridge in Lechlade and closed the road, but it hurt him more than me.
