Herts had plenty of rain overnight and a stiff breeze. Now the rain has stopped, the sky is a lighter shade of grey and the breeze isn't quite as stiff.
So it's a bit of a toss-up between a bike ride later and watching the rugby.
Thinking about it, it's possible to watch the rugby on BBC iPlayer, whereas............

Hertfordshire is wet and it looks very much as if it intends to stay that way.
It is, however, mild with an air temperature of 10°C and the slightest of breezes.
So .............. no bike ride today.
