After heavy overnight rain it’s wall to wall sunshine this morning in sunny Blackpool.

Full sun, cloudless sky and warm enough to be in T-shirt and shorts today here in NE Scotland. Bit different from yesterdays monsoon weather

We've had heavy overnight rain that continued on throughout the day, and localised flooding meant many roads were closed.

Still met up with friends and had a great walk followed by a pub lunch. It was good to see strong Winter Ales back on tap.

The daily pendulum weather change continues. We have a dry bright day to look forward to, with a pleasant 12 degrees.

That'll give us a chance to sort things out caused by yesterday's storms.
