What did you do to your van today?

Upgraded the Starter Battery to B2B from 16mm to 35mm cabling a week or so ago. Finished the other half (B2B to Leisure Battery) of the 16mm to 35mm run upgrade today

Also refitted the 60A B2B charger after its service/update - so should have upto 90A through the B2Bs when the Alternator is running sufficiently cool (want to avoid over-stressing it).

Cleaned the Roof on the New (to us) M/Home , this one got a Solar Panel so gave that a clean too. Chris.

Finished the installation of the 12V Electric Heater today (needed to make some metal track to secure heater to).
Heater controller located under the kitchen worktop nicely out the way but easily accessible (and can be controlled by Bluetooth as well

)

600W max which would be around 50A. I need to do a proper test to get an idea of time and heat vs battery use.
For me, it is a backup to the Truma but I think it could be very handy when driving.

A bit of cleaning inside to do, washed the outside yesterday, roof is the big problem and will require scaffolding to be safe.

Cleaned the solar panels. Took the cover off the satellite dome applied lubricant to all the moving parts and cleaned it.

Yer just jealous because ye hae too much

in yours ti get the van in, and it wizny because o the rain we were forecast fur a lightening storm and being 1000ft above sea level and the highest point, ma battery is on full charge and canny take any more captain.

Nothing, other than nipping inside to extract tools and Washers/Nuts from the toolboxes to get on with kitting out the new Shed which will become home for the oodles of 'we won't need that this trip' kit that has taken over the spare room ...

I didn't realise that what looks like random graffiti is used as a datum / reference point for a larger picture until the other week when I popped into a brewery I installed when heading for Montrose.
