What did you do to your van today?

Emptied the M/Home to start [again!] with a 'only pack what we need' objective. Swapped the toolboxes storage with the footwear box and removed a few bits of surplus kit and and managed to free up one shelf in the broom cupboard aka the ski cupboard. Spent some time trying to tighten up the o/side wing mirror which blew into the closed position on the M74 on the return trip ...

Meanwhile, the Solar was entering Absorption phase, so used the Roamer for almost 3 hours to power the Slow Cooker with a Goulash on the go

She probably flogs it to ano arty soul when she’s finished, and starts on Ano one🤔🤣

One of my mottos is "If you don't know what it is, it's art".

absolutely correct old man.
If I had arrived and the spot next to that was the only one available I would drive off and find somewhere else.
Banksy on the other hand, now he has a message in each of his paintings. And they are artistic. So are the murals of the IRA in Belfast.
The best bit of skilfull art I have seen was in Holland where they have to spend a percentage of the cost of constructing a new major road has to go on art to be seen from the road. I was driving along a dual carriageway and in the central grass reservation were three small posts sticking out of the ground, at about 20 metre intervals. Each post was painted, with a seemingly odd irrelavent icon of something. Then just for a very brief fraction of a second all the posts aligned with each other, and they formed together to make a picture of a Lilt can. Very clever.

Not so much done to it but for it,ordered 4 of
3.2 volt X 320ah grade A cells and 200a Bluetooth BMS.
Expect true ah to be nearer 300 but even so less tha £1 per ah...time will tell

Nope, that's their home
Still looks like a broken down caravan on the back of a low loader, home or not. May be functional, may not, but to my eye, it's something that fell out of the Ugly Tree and hit every branch on the way down. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and to me, it's an abomination

As you've said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, 😌🙃live and let live springs to mind, obviously they're not burstner owners.😉
I'm waiting for their post on here telling us what they did to there van today.😘😄😆

Spent the day changing tyres and adjusting back brakes along with a general going over.
I also replaced the dead rear number plate lights with small led units, had to put a small sheild
on them as white
light could be seen, all sorted now & test booked for next monday evening.

Washed Brunhilde [roof had stayed remarkably/relatively clean since its last clean in late January] in preparation for Hollingworth. Full service tomorrow plus brake caliper clean, brake check and check for any damage after hitting the pothole on A34 2 weeks ago. At least I won't have to worry about how I can spend this month's pension ...(y)
