Still doing the Top Down rebalancing of the Roamer Lithium Leisure Battery but have adjusted the rate of charge to 14.2v, the final tier of the increased charge rate. Provided that the 14.2v level doesn't cause a Charging Alarm or other fault, this should complete the balancing, once the slow motion equalisation of the 4 cells has finished - fingers crossed for early next week which will make it 2 weeks+ for the exercise. The monitoring of the cell level changes makes watching paint dry seem like Formula 1 viewing ... :ROFLMAO:

Very interesting 👌

Ripped out the crappy old carpets and put in a new cab mat, vacuumed the whole floor as it looked like we'd been in sand storm.

I need to take it up again and give the plastic floor good wash or something next.

Over the last couple of days I have washed and polished it including the roof, serviced it and fitted a new reversing camera including re wiring it from back to front now it comes up on the stereo screen, which has allowed me to get rid of the great big thing that was clipped to the rear view mirror, and also get rid of the rear view mirror, which has no use as my bathroom is at the rear so no rear window.
Tomorrow i will start emptying the inside and refilling

I just fitted same, had this horrible overhead monitor that smacked my head when I stood up. 20250310_162405.jpg

Was that one attached to the mirror, or one of those flip-down TVs that also showed the rear camera? Those latter ones are popular with Autotrails especially and are a right pain :( I have one (fitted as standard) but I never use it and redirected the camera output to the in-dash display.

It was the flip down jobbie.
It's gone now along with the annoying housing with pointless lights, took it all out including the 10 miles of cables stuffed up behind the roof lining that went to some kind of media centre that was in the rear nr TV, that also got chucked out as its old tech.

I never got the TV bit working on mine. I think I was missing a controller?
The previous owner wired up the lights and they are handy (when I remember they are there!). Wouldn't care if the unit was not that but doesn't bother me enough to get rid.
I rewired the source selector .. used to be setup to send either Freeview Box, DVD (from Dash) or Rear Camera to that flipdown TV - to instead route the camera to the different displays - flip down TV, the in-dash Head Unit or the bedroom TV so I can watch the camera when parked up if I want to (used it as a security camera for the bike rack (y) ).

Only thing that worked on mine was rear view camera, that's now connected and working on the new headset fitted to dash.

Tidied up the inside of mine a bit yesterday and made sure everything was closed, fridge door locked etc, for a wee trip out ....

Visited new B&Q to get some replacement decking boards! I know what a Motorhome is for eh?

Now it is summer (well, we are in BST now, aren't we?), time to properly get the old boy ready for some exciting adventures (new B&M opening in Gala and Berwick soonish! )

I went down to put the Scooter in the van, managed to bring down the rail supporting the winch, re-attached the rail and pulled it in, awkward doing it alone, but it's in and done, it's dusty so I need to wipe it over after being in the garage since December and get it on charge, I then decided to fit the brackets to the solar panel then discovered it has a double skin perimeter so have to order bolts with more bigness, a day lost, I was going to have a go at the headlight lenses but I was goosed by then, this is part of the problem with a diet, you get so feckin hungry and run out of the little steam I have, New bolts arriving tomorrow so it will get done then.
