Weather Report..................

It was cold and foggy up at 800+ metres so yesterday I dropped down off the high Spanish plain to the huge Valencian coastal plain. The fog disappeared at about 600 metres showing the sunny terrain below rolling out to a sparkling sea. So the fog was cloud, I guess. And I'd been in it. I guess that the name of the water particles is a matter of perspective.
Now I'm back on the campsite I inhabited a month or more ago and today it's been warm and sunny, sometimes hot.
So the red beauties have been doing overtime in an attempt to catch up on downtime.
You really don't want to know the forecast for the coming days hereabouts.
Trust me.

Colin ???

Fake news.. The band concert was last night.
There we we were, all smart and Sober,( relatively).
We took the van for a ride to Tavira. Parked up near the Rat Fort beach. 10 units camping there, one a huge French Hymer, with a Genny humming away in his trailer.
We watched the sundown , gold, then pink, to blood red, the islands sulking into the twilight . We felt the temperature fall from 15 to 8.
It's 7 outside now. We were going to sit out and watch the Ursids meteor shower.. But not at those temperatures.

Just ventured outside, after checking online. It's peak time now, Looking into Ursa ,NNE.at an elevation of 25 - 35 degrees.
We have to climb a massive steep hill to get a view.. Project abandoned
Goodnight.

Bright and chilly ? tonight but once again it’s been a sunny day it’s supposed to be frosty tonight we’ll wait and see in the morning!

6 degrees at 8am.
Turned the heating on and popped back into bed, til 9.
Cloudy forecast, but sun breaking through. Expecting 17 max.
Rainfall a distant hope.
Guests arriving for the Xmas pensioners treat,in the village Casa de Pasto.. Bacalhao and Suckling Pig awaits us.
Better clean the Velux in the guest bedroom.. I was hoping some rain would do that for me.

" Not much chance of sunburn today "

What a beautiful day for walkers jeffmossy, debs & myself have just been down the ex railway track (Glasson Dock Lancaster) along the coastline, high tide was in, it was chllly in the air, but we where all wrapped up (Very frosty earlier) sunshine all around, ships bobbing on the coastline, all types of seabirds going about their daily chores, coming back along the canal, barges with roaring chimneys
