Italian Gadabout

We have arrived in Italy and pulled into Aymavilles which is a lovely typical alpine village. The aire is free until May, and thereafter €6, including services.

The second photo is for Colin and Sue (Horace), the forums resident skiers, Fill yer boots guys!

We will be there for May.

Look out for a TAG axle Autotrail with a big dragon on the back Rog. That'll be us...

What MH do you drive and what year is on the plate? I'll keep an eye out...

We have an Autotrail Miami, on a 56 plate. Amazing how she keeps going really, but never misses a beat!

Went off to see Lake Maggiore this morning and Lake Varese this afternoon. Very beautiful part of the country.
Weather here still very pleasant during the day but cold in the evenings
If you get the chance and are interested, there's a nice little ACSI site (Tartufa) on the very pretty lake Endine. It is part of a working farm, they have a small restaurant and everything is made from their own produce. It's simple, but good.

Still in the ‘lake’ district today, we are at the Southern end of Lake Garda, but having a strange night out because our water pump decided to pack up, so we are parked on a Retail Park, waiting for the caravan spares shop to open in the morning. I think it could just be the pressure switch, but happy to buy a new pump just to get it working again.

Never bored, Rog.
Another dragon to slay and be on your way.

The biggest dragon that we've had today was when the internet went down.. Quite normal for a Sunday.
The techies slew it for us, after lunch.
Enjoy your adventures.

I carry my old one as a spare Roger, if ye nip back ye are more than welcome to it. ;)
