Weather Report..................

Beautiful velvet evening. Mild, calm and fragrant.
Our first post-dusk sit out of the year..
Serenaded by toads, in the nearby well.
Looking west, from the south east terrace. They've turned on the beacons on the hilltops between us and Faro airport.
Must be expecting inbound flights
?

Whole back garden lit by just one 6 watt LED..
We've got bubble friends coming, tomorrow evening, for the first drinks and nibbles night since God knows when.
Weather forecast is good, with the chance of light rain on Sunday pm..
Risky..?

It's warming up here in East Sussex, with largely blue skies, although we really need some rain as our water butts are only ⅓ full.
Be careful what we ask for because we just might get it.

It is absolutely tipping down ............... we are dog sitting and he needs a walk.

As Chris reported earlier, it's raining on the north Kent coast....... and now the wind is building and the Moho is just starting to rock 'n roll. Currently the wind is running at about 30kph with approximately 70kph wind predicted leading up to lunchtime.
The good news is that the wind is coming from the south and the temperature is climbing.

Pink Speedos again..
I'm worried..!
They're forecasting 9mm. Of rain at 0700, tomorrow.
Hope it's right and not this evening.
Paul, don't forget the "pink" speedos before the guests arrive ................
Meanwhile here in Cheshire its been raining all morning and we looks like continuing for the rest of the day. Whoever is racing at Oulton Park must be using "wets" as we can hear them practising at the moment.

It's already 15°C on the north Kent coast with a 20kph breeze from the south and large patches of blue bringing much appreciated warm sunshine.
The view across the outer Thames estuary is lovely with Oyster Catchers doing their bit out on the flats as they probe for breakfast just ahead of the incoming tide. And I watched a smart crow collect a crustacean, take it up in the air a few metres and drop it. Then it checked the shell for damage and repeated this process about 10 times until it could extract the flesh. Clever or what?

Colin 🙂🙂🙂
