Headed home from the West coast today. Pretty cold but amazing views and it stayed dry for cleaning the van.

Here in Exeter it started to sleet a little yesterday afternoon and then got a little more serious as it grew dark. I let the dog out later on and it was a bit white all over. Then there were plenty of warnings on the TV regarding Devon and Cornwall and it was still com8ng down. This morning it’s all white, but barely an inch really, so with hope it will be gone by tomorrow.

Anyhow, today it’s been wall to wall sunshine and 5C or so with a biting wind. It’s going to be a proper cold one tonight I see.

Until you open a window to take in the air.. 9 degrees now, 12 expected. No rain on the horizon.

A lovely bright day here in Hertfordshire with still air and the prospect of temperatures rising steadily both through the day and the coming week.
Perhaps I should cancel that trip to the sunny volcanic archipelago just off the Moroccan coast?

No need to cancel. You have to leave the Beautiful Island occasionally in order to fully appreciate it on return.
