Finally bit the bullet and tried to fix my Truma C6002 which behaved oddly on gas space heating and eventually stopped altogether. Surprised myself, but it now works. Hooray.

The switch for the driver's side electric window became intermittent. I had visions of it getting stuck in the open position .... and then it pouring with rain!

YouTube showed me how, replacement £9.99 from ebay, arrived in 2 days, took 10 minutes to fit.

One of the more simple CV repair jobs.

Took it for a wee hurl to get its first MOT, drained down the water tank after steralising it with perecitic acid over the weekend.

A good day today:

Fitted the reversing camera purchased 3 years ago.
Finished off the hot water system (14 month project)
Cleared out a cupboard of MY junk and restructured the under bench storage.

We are parked up at Donkey creek farm campsite abso five star set up spotless all round with fully serviced pitches had to come for wi fi for fi to do some work
so I've fitted storage nets as to where swmbo required them fitted

Week before I take four weeks off all the problems with work have started. We just spent 2 weeks working at a house and it now turns out that some of the materials used has a major flaw. I’m caught in the middle having not been paid yet with an unhappy customer. Then I have the suppliers dragging their heels on a resolution until they can get someone from their end to survey the work and materials. Total balls up. Told them all I couldn’t give a flying toss I’m off on mee olidays.

Today we tried getting my mobility scooter into the van, and thankfully succeeded. Hopefully a trial day out next week and we may be back out and about after that.
