Put a little heat on in the van to keep moisture at bay, fan heater on a timmer now set up for 4 half hour blasts through the night.

Just managed to gain access to van garage as locks were frozen
now got in measured the boiler fan motor protection shield
ordered a xl fiamma storage pocket to replace original item

Heating on snug as ,put three damp catchers in van for moisture
embarrassment inside ain't as sparkly as bills palace but I will get Fiona on it

I've just dropped the van off at the garage, as it needs the clutch replaced.
The slave cylinder is leaking and unfortunately it's inside the clutch bell housing.
We had a problem with it on our way to Goosnargh, the only good thing to come out of this, is it could have failed in the middle of Europe in January.

Got it back today all done and mid service.
All seems good, the gears feel different, so there was obviously some wear.
MOT in a couple of weeks and hopefully all sorted fir the trip to Portugal.

I had to get the blow torch on the shed padlock to be able to get in there today Brrrr
