Spinning along on my bike along the coast. I cycled north wards past Benicarlò where there were fields of broad beans, broccoli (possibly immature Romanesco), artichokes etc.



It was so good to be out on the bike having replaced chain, brake levers, cables, jockey wheels etc. etc. just before coming away. It made such a difference to the feel of the bike.

No I don't do plastic cutlery but yes I do paper plates and plastic vodka glasses I once tried plastic pans but apparently they are for microwaves only.
