It was once remarked to me that minds don't necessarily need to be great to think alike.
I still don't understand what Einstein was trying to tell me by this remark.

Confirmation from the Spanish that gentlemen (and possibly ladies) should always pee in the same direction as the wind.

Only 8°C here so it went down very well indeed with local orange jam (not really marmalade as we know it) and local butter (with an allergy warning on the wrapper that the contents are a milk product) on Spanish style baguette.
Yum, yum.

Getting home tonight I love being out in the van but I love coming home to a comfy couch and a hot bath.

Get to see my hubby today, I do miss him when he's away, but shhhhhh don't tell him. :Speak_No_Evil_Monke

Today I cycled up the coast to Vinaroz and on the way back through Benicarló I stumbled upon a wedding. Pretty much everyone including children were in local (Valencian) costume waiting for the bride and groom to appear from their parents' apartment:

The bride and groom appeared and a small group of musicians struck up:

Then everybody processed around the town:

On arrival at the reception some impressively loud fireworks where sent up. This poor old thing must have thought that WW3 had kicked off behind her!

It was really enjoyable seeing so many people sharing so much happiness.
